SATURDAY CLASS
There has been a few suggestions that we should start a Saturday Class, if you are interested please contact Jonathan or Aidan to put your name forward.
Although still at the planning stage we are looking at a 10am/11am class for 1 hour - however we are open to members suggestions i.e. if they want a 2 hour class, if they want focus on ground work etc…
THIS WOULD GIVE EVERYONE THE TRAINING REQUIRED FOR THE MMA GRADINGS COMING UP IN MARCH.
PUT YOUR NAME FORWARD IF YOU WANT A SATURDAY CLASS.

The jujitsu/MMA class is on tonigh usual time – please take care as there is still alot of snow & ice in the carpark.

JU-JU CANCELLED – 06/12/2010
The MMA/Ju-Jitsu class tonight is cancelled due to currently weather conditions, the Stenhousemuir Sports Centre is closed and the car park is not cleared. I have spoken to Aidan & Mic and we are all in agreement.
*I’ll look into other means of training for thursday*

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING
A couple of guys have asked me about one-to-one training, my friend is allowing me to use the upstairs in his gym which has mats, pads and punch bags to train anyone who is interested. It may be a home workout, flexibility training, pad work or to practise syllabus work before a grading.

JU-JU CANCELLED – 02/12/2010
the MMA/Ju-Jitsu class tonight is cancelled due to currently weather conditions, the Stenhousemuir Sports Centre is closed and the car park is not cleared. I am hoping there will be a break in the weather and next week’s classes can continue as usual.
JU-JU NIGHT OUT
On a happier note; we should have a club Christmas Night out – I am open to suggestions to where and when to have the night out. It could be a formal dinner with partners or a couple of drinks in a local pub. Please post or email your suggestions to Jonathan or Aidan and we will put it to a club vote.
